PIDA Training Level 1 is undoubtedly a well-organized immersive learning experience. It provides participants with a valuable chance to learn key issues of the latest ICC Arbitration Rule under guidance by experienced speakers and supervisors, as well as through constructive discussions with other participants. What I enjoyed most are the group discussions and plenary sessions where I truly learnt a lot from brainstorms of the finest legal minds.

One suggestion though, it might be better if the organizers could send candidates a list of reference regarding important additional information, e.g., the IBA rules, and basic knowledge of international commercial arbitration before the training so the candidates might be better prepared for the intensive training.

The PIDA training level 1 is a highly interactive and practical course for the lawyers practising in the cross-bond dispute resolution area. I am intensely inspired and benefited from the well-designed curriculumn.

The training took me from the very begining of knowing the overall process of international arbitration to the details of how to drafting requests for arbitration, as well as answers for arbitration. With the deeper exploring of the course, I go further with the every key step of the  arbitration procedure. The peak came up to the moot hearing where all the participants were fully engaged and enjoyed the "real" hearing. 

The training also provides with a great chance for all the participants to communicate and share their ideas and expriences in this specific field. 

I  was most impressed and inspired by the whole course and benefited a lot from it.  I believe this course would help the Chinese lawyers be more confident and more ready to voice out on behalf of the PRC lawyers in the circle of international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution in the near future.

It’s a great honor for me to join you in this  program, and I really appreciated a lot for having this opportunity of learning at  the PIDA training.  The warm welcome from ICC Shanghai made this place just like home.  This is an international and professional program with so many experts in the field of  International Commercial Arbitration, their experience in practical solutions inspired me a lot.

I believe that a closer and deeper relationship of future cooperation can be established through this activity, and we together can create a better future.

The ICC PIDA Training Level 1 Course, combined with ICC Rules of Arbitration (2021) , provided us an in-depth understanding of the whole procedure of international arbitration. It helped us to understand the whole process of international arbitration step by step from the point of view of the different roles of claimant, respondent and even arbitrator.

This has been very helpful in understanding the importance and necessity of each arbitration process and has helped us to engage more deeply in international arbitration. 

We would like to have the opportunity to attend more ICC training courses. 

By talking to the experienced people，we gain experiences.
